How to the forums ranking work. I'm a Citizen. What does that mean?

Doesn't really mean anything besides how many times you've posted. There aren't any special privilages that go with it. Like Loviatar, who'll probably finish his post before I will, has ~1,200 posts last time I checked, but doesn't have any special powers. So I wouldn't really worry about it.
